Returns and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You have the right to cancel and return your items within 2 days of purchase.

To complete your return, we require you to contact us on info@sharastore.co.uk with your receipt or proof of purchase & in some cases a picture evidence if applicable.

 

We only offer exchanges in store, please bring your order number with you. Here's our Store Location.

Once a return has been received & inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

 

Should you not receive your refund after the stated time, please contact info@sharastore.co.uk quoting your full name and order number.

 

Please do not send your goods back to the manufacturer.
